Wallr ("we", "us") builds software, including apps for the Shopify App Store. This policy explains what data we handle on this website and, in summary, across our apps. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run our software, and we do not sell personal data.

This website

wallr.dev is a static informational site. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics that profile you. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request logs (such as IP address and user agent) for security and reliability; these are handled under Cloudflare's own privacy terms.

If you email us, we receive your message and email address solely to reply. Email is routed to our inbox through Cloudflare Email Routing.

Our apps

Our Shopify apps are built to be storefront features that do not collect or store shopper personal data on our servers wherever possible. Where an app is listed on the Shopify App Store, it implements the mandatory data-protection (GDPR) webhooks:

• Data request - we respond to a merchant's request for any data we hold.
• Customer redact - we delete any customer data on request.
• Shop redact - we delete shop-related data after a merchant uninstalls.

Each app has its own privacy policy linked from its App Store listing, describing exactly what that app does and does not store. Where an app holds no customer personal data, those webhooks are honoured as no-ops and there is nothing to return or delete.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our handling of it. Email privacy@wallr.dev and we will respond promptly. If you are a shopper on a store using one of our apps, your first point of contact is usually that store; we will assist the merchant as needed.

Changes

We may update this policy as our products change. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
